Terms of Service
Effective August 20, 2026.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Owlgorithm websites, apps, APIs, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Subscription Terms, and Owl Intell & Results Disclaimer.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Service is a professional creator operating system and is not offered to children. By creating an account or continuing, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access at support@owlgorithm.com.
Guest / preview modes may limit features and are provided without guaranteed persistence across devices.
3. Membership plans
Owlgorithm offers the following membership levels (prices in USD, billed according to the storefront you use):
- Explorer (Free) — Browse before you commit. Preview Trend Radar and explore Owlgorithm without a subscription. Publishing and AI tools unlock on Creator Basic.
- Founding Member ($5.00/month) — Limited early adopter offer — first 500 only. All Creator Basic features at a locked $5.00/month Founder rate, plus a permanent Founder Feather badge while your subscription stays active.
- Creator Basic ($4.99/month) — 7-day free trial, then $4.99/month. Get started with one account. $4.99/month after a 7-day free trial. Connect one social account or platform. Studio publishing, Leo, trend discovery, and core recommendations.
- Creator Plus ($9.99/month) — Grow across two accounts or platforms. $9.99/month. Connect up to 2 social accounts or platforms. Includes all Creator Basic features.
- Creator Pro ($19.99/month) — The full creator operating system. $19.99/month. Connect up to 3 social accounts or platforms. Full Creator Studio, Live Trend Radar, advanced intelligence, scheduling, and competitor tools.
Feature availability, limits, and entitlements are defined in our membership configuration and may change with notice as the product evolves. Paid plans unlock professional capabilities; the free Explorer plan is intended to remain genuinely useful and is not designed as a broken demo.

4. Founder Feather Program
The Founding Member / Founder Feather Program (“Founder Program”) is limited to the first 500 users who enroll while Founding Memberships remain available. When 500 Founding Memberships have been claimed, the Founder Program permanently closes and the pricing page displays that Founding Memberships are sold out. No additional Founder memberships will be created, reset, or reopened.
While an eligible Founding Member subscription remains continuously active, Founders may receive:
- Lifetime Founding Member pricing at $5.00/month for the Founding Member plan
- All Starter Plan features (Creator Pro)
- Permanent Founder Feather badge and profile recognition
- Priority feature access / beta invitations when offered
- Founder community recognition and updates, when offered
Founding Member pricing is only available to the first 500 users. Your $5.00/month price is locked in for life while your subscription remains active. If you cancel or your subscription lapses for any reason, your Founder pricing is permanently forfeited and cannot be restored. Any future subscription will be charged at the current standard rate.
Cosmetic Founder recognition (such as Feather badge history) may remain on profile surfaces as historical recognition of early support, even if paid Founder pricing is lost. Founder status cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, or reassigned.
Founder counters and remaining Feather counts must reflect real inventory. Owlgorithm will not fabricate urgency or reset the 500 cap.
Standard paid plans after the Founder Program closes: Creator Pro ($19.99/month after trial) and Pro (Legacy) ($19.99/month, recommended).
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate law, intellectual property rights, or platform rules of third-party networks you connect
- Attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected endpoints, or disrupt the Service
- Abuse Owl Intell generation, automation, publishing, or rate limits
- Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
- Misrepresent identity, affiliations, or membership status (including Founder status)
- Resell access except under a written agreement that expressly permits it
Prohibited Content. You may not use the Service to create, store, or publish content that:
- Contains hate speech, harassment, threats, or incites violence
- Depicts illegal activity, child exploitation, or non-consensual intimate imagery
- Promotes self-harm, dangerous acts, or regulated goods (drugs, weapons)
- Constitutes spam, phishing, malware, or deceptive practices
- Infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
Content Moderation & Reporting. We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict access to content or accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. To report prohibited content or abuse, contact support@owlgorithm.com with details (account, content description, reason). We review reports and take action as appropriate, which may include warning, content removal, or account suspension. Users targeted by harassment or threatened with harm should also contact local law enforcement.
6. Connected platforms, YouTube API Services & publishing
If you connect third-party social accounts, you authorize Owlgorithm and its publishing providers to access those accounts as needed to provide the features you request. You remain solely responsible for content you publish and for compliance with each platform’s terms, advertising rules, and community guidelines.
Connect YouTube uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service in addition to these Terms.
You remain responsible for the videos you upload, including copyright, made-for-kids settings, and YouTube Community Guidelines. YouTube may accept, delay, restrict, or remove content according to YouTube’s own rules. Owlgorithm cannot override those decisions.
Platform outages, API changes, or account restrictions outside our control may affect publishing. We are not liable for third-party platform decisions.
16. Apple App Store / Google Play notice
If you download the iOS or Android app, you also agree to the applicable Apple or Google terms. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the Service or its content, except as required by their storefront policies. In-app purchases and subscriptions billed through Apple or Google are subject to that store's billing, refund, and cancellation rules.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue, subject to mandatory consumer forum rights.
